Hello, I wanted to withdraw 9999 INR which i won at Megapari website. When i submitted a withdrawal request, I was told to contact security department for submission of documents.

They asked for a photo identity card and i submitted it on march 23, 2024. Then they sent two email regarding selfies and pdfs, I sent them all. Then after 4 days, i receive another email from Megapari security, that i need to provide utility bills.

I sent that too, then again after 3 days they reply and tell me to send my drivers license which is totally absurd. But I still proceed to send them everything as they requested, but they kept delaying and asking for more and more irrelevant documents.

After submitting drivers license, again after 3 days, they reply saying they need election identity card. I lost my mind but i still send them that document. Then again after 3 days, they are asking for international passport. They just keep delaying its been almost a month and they are just not ready to pay me a mere 9999 inr (120 usd).

Please help me get my withdrawals back.

the photo of my international passport has been sent in the security email. I have sent all the important confidential documents, and i wont be sending anything else. Let me withdraw my funds i request. This is taking too long and i have the right to get my money back. You cant just hold it away from me.

I have sent my passport details but they are rejecting it saying they want to see all the sensitive information in it. But i cant show all my personal info and passport number as it can be used for identity theft against me. And it is also illegal to share passport details with anyone as per right to information (rti) act. I have submitted all the kyc documents but cannot share my confidential passport data which is illegal to share. Let me withdraw my funds. I have given everything, my ID, Driver licence, Voter ID card, Utility bills. Just dont create so many excuses for a simple kyc.
