I have been waiting for almost 2 weeks now to get my account verified with this bookmaker so that I can withdraw my funds. It seems to me this bookmaker is intentionally delaying my verification so that I am unable to withdraw my funds. This process was supposed to take 72 hours but instead it has taken almost 2 weeks and still no solution has been provided to me. I have given these people every single document I have at my disposal, ID documents, Birth Certificates, Crypto Screenshoots, selfies with my ID and also selfie with a secret they gave me but still nothing!I ask AskGamblers rs to help me recover my funds from this fraudulent bookmaker.

Hi Askgamblers. After I published the complaint the next day the bookmaker verified my account and I was able to withdraw my funds. I didn't know how to cancel the complaint before it got published

Megapari kyc lie about attachments not received

Dear AskGamblers Complaint Team,
I am filing this complaint against Megapari regarding the intentional and endless delay of my account verification (KYC).

Summary of facts:
I began the KYC process more than 12 days ago and followed their standard procedure step by step: (a) proof of identity, (b) proof of deposit, (c) selfie holding my ID, (d) proof of address. The first three steps are completed. I have sent more than 32 emails to their security department during this period.
At first, their only excuse was "we are not receiving your attachments." To eliminate any technical issue on my side, I began embedding the images directly in the email body and CC'ing my other email addresses on every message — the attachments arrive perfectly on my CC'ed addresses every time. Once the images were in the body, the first steps were approved. This proves their "attachments not received" claim was false from the start.
Since then, they operate on a 72-hour cycle: every ~3 days they reply with a new rejection, a false claim, or a re-request of something already sent.
The final step (proof of address) has become an impossible catch-22:
Image embedded in the email body = rejected, they demand "the original PDF";
Original PDF sent as attachment = "the attachment did not arrive" (the same lie already disproven in point 2);
Google Drive / Dropbox link = rejected, they claim "we cannot click on links."
In other words: image is refused, PDF "never arrives," and links "cannot be clicked." There is literally no remaining way for me to deliver the document — which shows the goal is not verification, but exhaustion.
My proof of address is an official document containing a QR code that can be scanned to verify its authenticity in seconds. They completely ignore this technical fact.
What I have already done: sent the document in every possible format (attachment, embedded image, PDF, cloud link); CC'ed other emails to prove delivery; escalated to [email protected] requesting a supervisor review — with no real resolution.
What I request: that Megapari's security department actually reviews the proof of address already in their possession (sent as PDF, authenticity verifiable via QR code) and finalizes my KYC so I can withdraw my balance. After this experience, I intend to withdraw my funds and close the account — I only want what is mine.
Evidence available and attached: the full history of 32+ emails with timestamps; screenshots of their contradictory replies ("attachment not received," "we cannot click links"); proof that my CC'ed email addresses receive the attachments normally; and the proof-of-address document with the verifiable QR code.

1,000,000 ARS Delayed for 17 Days - Fraudulent Bank Receipt Provided by Support
Dear AskGamblers Complaint Team,

I am filing this complaint against Megapari regarding a delayed withdrawal of 1,000,000 ARS (Argentine Pesos) and the issuance of a forged commercial document by their support team.

On I requested multiple withdrawals. I successfully received around 2,500,000 ARS via conventional payment methods without issue. However, for a specific withdrawal of 1,000,000 ARS, I selected an alternative payment gateway available on their platform due to higher limits. This particular transaction has been stalled for over 17 days.

The platform marked the withdrawal as "successful," but the funds never reached my Mercado Pago account. Following my continuous inquiries, Megapari's support team provided me with a supposed bank transfer receipt to prove the transaction was completed.

Due to my professional background in local fund management and bank reconciliation, I audited the provided document and contacted Mercado Pago's official support. The receiving entity confirmed in writing that the receipt provided by Megapari is 100% fake and forged. It lacks any valid clearing record, traceability, or accounting validity.

It is evident that the specific local third-party payment provider used for this transaction suffered a liquidity deficit or a block, and instead of addressing the issue, the support team opted to issue fraudulent documents to buy time. Currently, their live chat refuses to escalate the issue, limiting themselves to automated "wait 24 hours" scripts.

I request AskGamblers' intervention to hold Megapari accountable for issuing forged financial documents and to force the immediate manual settlement of my 1,000,000 ARS.

I have attached all the necessary evidence: the forged receipt, Mercado Pago's official confirmation of the forgery, and chat logs.

Verification issues

I've been requested to verify my account on the July 19th. Since then I have complied with all requests that come every 2 to 3 days.
I've been asked for:
-ID
-Selfie with ID
-Drivers License
-Passport
-Crypto screenshots
-Utility bill
-Selfie holding a paper with a code and date

And I'm not yet verified and my funds are locked. The amount of data requested is unreasonable . I would like to note that I have not won any money at this casino. My current balance is of 300 Euros and I would like to be able to withdraw this money .

Dear AskGamblers Team,

I would like to submit a formal complaint against Megapari regarding my account verification, which has remained unresolved for more than 15 days. I have 26400 which is stuck in megapari.

My account is currently restricted due to a pending verification, and as a result, I am unable to make any deposits or withdrawals. This has prevented me from accessing and using my account.

Over the past 15+ days, I have made multiple attempts to contact the Megapari support team through email and other available support channels. Unfortunately, I have not received a single response to any of my emails. I have attached copies of the emails I sent as proof of my repeated attempts to seek assistance.

The main issue is that I have never been informed about the verification requirements. Despite repeatedly asking the support team how I can complete the verification process, I have received no guidance regarding which documents or identification are required. I am fully willing to provide any documents necessary to verify my account, but without any response from the operator, I have no way of knowing what is required.

The complete lack of communication from Megapari’s support team has left me unable to resolve this issue despite my continuous efforts.

Deposit issue going on for six days

On June 21, 2026, I initiated a deposit of 10,000 INR to my account via MobiKwik Wallet. While the funds were successfully deducted from my bank/wallet balance, they have not been credited to my account with Megapari

It has now been 6 days, and the funds remain uncredited. Furthermore, when I sought an update regarding the status of my funds, I was banned from the support channel.

I am requesting that the operator either credit the 10,000 INR to my account immediately or initiate a full refund of the deposit to my original payment method.

Identification documents given and KYC is stalling

Requesting documents that are not really necessary for identification. I have said that I'm not the one paying our utility so my gaming or transaction account is not on our utility bills. But I send it also. I said I can provide any identification that is needed like my license and my passport. And I did. But still they required the things that i don't have. Please help.
