I have been waiting for almost 2 weeks now to get my account verified with this bookmaker so that I can withdraw my funds. It seems to me this bookmaker is intentionally delaying my verification so that I am unable to withdraw my funds. This process was supposed to take 72 hours but instead it has taken almost 2 weeks and still no solution has been provided to me. I have given these people every single document I have at my disposal, ID documents, Birth Certificates, Crypto Screenshoots, selfies with my ID and also selfie with a secret they gave me but still nothing!I ask AskGamblers rs to help me recover my funds from this fraudulent bookmaker.

Hi Askgamblers. After I published the complaint the next day the bookmaker verified my account and I was able to withdraw my funds. I didn't know how to cancel the complaint before it got published

This loop has been repeating indefinitely without any actual progress, investigation results, or solutions provided. This is unacceptable unprofessionalism, blatant stalling, and a clear disregard for customer rights.

As proven in the attached screenshots, your agents keep using the 12-hour excuse repeatedly over weeks without delivering anything. I demand an immediate escalation to senior management, an urgent resolution to my case, and the full return of my funds now, or I will be forced to escalate this matter publicly across all consumer protection platforms and official review channels.

Problem with communication related to the deposit verification

I have a issue with Megapari Betting site not a casino but i cannot find megapari in betting section

Since more than 2 weeks ive been trying to withdraw some of my money! I ended emailing with their security team and they want me to give em a deposit document from 24 04 26 amount 295USDT

The problem is that deposit doesnt exist! I ve been trying to explain to them dozen of times that acoording to their website that depopsit was credited onto my account on 21 04 26 !!! But it is like speaking with a bot or s AI! They have no clue what im saying

I keep calling their customer support almost everyday but they don allow me to speak with anybody from security team!

Withdrawal 800 MAD not received

Hello AskGamblers team,

I want to file a complaint against Megapari Casino.

On 04/10/2026, I requested a withdrawal of 800 MAD.

My user ID is 5365637457. The transaction ID is 1376828615. On the Megapari site, the status is SUCCESS, but the money never arrived in my Bank of Africa BMCE bank account.

I contacted support many times Ticket ID 99638d1e-ff8c-4807-b4d4-6b1495c96e83 and they keep saying wait. More than 10 days have passed.

I have attached my bank statement from 01/10/2026 to 13/10/2026 showing no 800 MAD received. Also screenshot of Megapari withdrawal history showing SUCCESS.

Please help me get my 800 MAD. I have been patient.

Dear AskGamblers Team,

I am submitting this formal complaint regarding an unresolved deposit issue with Megapari Casino.

On 27th September 2026 ,I made a deposit of 25,000 BDT into my Megapari account via bKash. The transaction was fully successful and the amount was debited from my personal account. However, even after considerable time has passed, the funds have still not been credited to my Megapari gaming balance.

Despite completing all required steps and showing genuine proof of payment, my 25,000 BDT is still missing.

I kindly request AskGamblers to intervene and assist in getting Megapari to investigate this payment and credit the 25,000 BDT to my account or refund it back to my original payment source.

Live chat and customer support keep giving wrong solutions as they keep saying there is a technical issue and all that. It's been 3 days now but getting the same error every day and no one is helping out. Getting the same errors every day and nothing is being fixed.

Hello AskGamblers team,

On 30/09/2026 I made a deposit of 280 EGP to Megapari via Vodafone Cash.

The money was deducted from my Vodafone Cash wallet but was not added to my Megapari balance.

I have contacted Megapari support for 6 days without any solution. They keep saying to wait and that the issue was forwarded to the finance department.

I have attached proof of the Vodafone Cash payment and my Megapari account showing the deposit was not credited She also provided a video guide from the Vodafone Cash wallet.

Verification prolonged for 12 days with repeated document requests

I am submitting this complaint regarding the prolonged verification process on my MegaPari account.

My verification has been ongoing for approximately 12 days. During this period, I have fully cooperated with every request from MegaPari’s Security Department and have provided all documents and photographs that I am able to provide.

So far, I have submitted:

My national ID card.

A selfie holding my ID while my MegaPari account was open and visible on my computer.

A utility bill and an official document confirming my residential address.

Proof and screenshots of my cryptocurrency transactions.

After this, I was asked to take another selfie holding my ID while my email correspondence with MegaPari’s support/security team was open and visible on my computer. I also provided this photograph exactly as requested.

The main issue is the way the verification process is being handled. Almost every request takes approximately 72 hours to receive a response. After waiting for this period, instead of the verification being completed, I am repeatedly asked for another document, another photograph, or another form of verification, and a new waiting period begins.

I fully understand the need for KYC and security checks, and I have not refused any reasonable verification request. However, after providing proof of my identity, address, account ownership, email access and cryptocurrency transactions, I do not believe it is reasonable for the process to continue indefinitely through new document requests every three days.

This verification process has now lasted approximately 12 days and has involved multiple different forms of identity and account verification.

I am asking MegaPari to either complete the verification of my account or clearly state all remaining requirements at once, instead of adding new requirements after each 72-hour waiting period.

I can provide screenshots of the emails, document requests, timestamps and correspondence with the Security Department as evidence of the entire verification timeline.

I would appreciate AskGamblers’ assistance in resolving this matter.
