ID check procedure stuck
Dear Sir, Madam,
I'd like to ask for your help and to be a mediator between me and Megapari.
After having made some good winnings (a few thousand euros), the casino restricted the account and asked for IDcheck.
We proceeded with the ID check with a lot of communication difficulties, mainly because the security department did not respond to my emails.
They asked via their website to contact them through another email address. I was not much inclined to do that fearing it could be used as a breach of the general terms and conditions. I nevertheless did, and the poor communication from the security department was still the same.
We have sent multiple times, the ID and residence card, as well as a selfie with the id card close to my face, and some of the emails exchanged with the security department.
We are stuck in the process because the security department is rejecting the selfie, even if emails and id are readable. As I explained to them, I cannot make it better since there are three focuses to make (selfie, ID and emails) at the same time, to no avail.
I strongly suspect that there is more to it than just a quality picture.
I hope I explained the situation clearly enough, all emails are available if necessary.
