I have not received an approved withdrawal
I am filing a complaint against Megapari Casino for not receiving approved withdrawal funds on my card.
The date was 08/13/2025. I contacted the casino, and they responded with the following: "At this time, our teams are handling a large number of requests, and to resolve each one, they need to focus and gather information on each individual case. For this reason, it may sometimes take a little longer, even a few days, to process your request, but please rest assured that we are doing everything possible to help you.
Please contact us again within 12 hours."

What is the underlying reason for the claim? A €410 withdrawal processed by the casino has not yet been credited to my deposit card as of today. Bank documents showing bank entries for both the card and bank account were provided to the customer service department, indicating that they have not been credited.
