I have not received an approved withdrawal

I am filing a complaint against Megapari Casino for not receiving approved withdrawal funds on my card.

The date was 08/13/2025. I contacted the casino, and they responded with the following: "At this time, our teams are handling a large number of requests, and to resolve each one, they need to focus and gather information on each individual case. For this reason, it may sometimes take a little longer, even a few days, to process your request, but please rest assured that we are doing everything possible to help you.
Please contact us again within 12 hours."

I find this an illogical excuse. Transaction details provided by MEGAPARI...

What is the underlying reason for the claim? A €410 withdrawal processed by the casino has not yet been credited to my deposit card as of today. Bank documents showing bank entries for both the card and bank account were provided to the customer service department, indicating that they have not been credited.

Good afternoon Megapari, I already provided them when I discussed the issue in the live chat, but in response to your request, I'm uploading both the account and card transactions. My bank doesn't include details on the statements until the month is up, but you can check the card entries to see if they show the deposits made at your casino, and that would prove it's a Visa card. Sometimes card withdrawals can take a bit longer due to the way banks and intermediaries process transactions. Even if everything looks completed on our side, the funds may still be in transit through the payment chain, which unfortunately can cause delays.

To investigate this issue in more detail with our payment partners, we kindly ask you to provide a bank statement covering the period from 01.08.2025 to 18.08.2025 (or until 19.08.2025 if you submit it tomorrow). The statement should clearly show card transactions and balance movements. Having this will allow us to track the exact status of the €410 withdrawal and ensure that it reaches you.

Withdrawal and verification related issues
Dear AskGamblers Team,

I would like to submit a formal complaint against Megapari regarding my account verification, which has remained unresolved for more than 15 days. I have 26400 which is stuck in megapari.

My account is currently restricted due to a pending verification, and as a result, I am unable to make any deposits or withdrawals. This has prevented me from accessing and using my account.

Over the past 15+ days, I have made multiple attempts to contact the Megapari support team through email and other available support channels. Unfortunately, I have not received a single response to any of my emails. I have attached copies of the emails I sent as proof of my repeated attempts to seek assistance.

The main issue is that I have never been informed about the verification requirements. Despite repeatedly asking the support team how I can complete the verification process, I have received no guidance regarding which documents or identification are required. I am fully willing to provide any documents necessary to verify my account, but without any response from the operator, I have no way of knowing what is required.

The complete lack of communication from Megapari’s support team has left me unable to resolve this issue despite my continuous efforts.

I kindly request that AskGamblers intervene and assist in resolving this matter by requesting that Megapari:

* Respond to my pending support requests.
* Clearly inform me of the documents and verification requirements for my account.
* Complete my account verification as soon as possible.
* Restore full access to my account so that I can make deposits and withdrawals without further delays.

I sincerely appreciate your assistance and hope that, with your intervention, this issue can be resolved promptly.
