Forever and intentional delayed verification

My account ID is 1299192147. It has been about two weeks now since I tried to have my account verified. I have sent every document I've been asked for without fail yet the security team intentionally replies every 3 days to ask for a different document which I provide.

Since they say they have the liberty to ask whatever document they want they just keep asking for different document every 3 days and its never going to stop. This is unbelievable. Why don't you ask for all documents at once instead of asking 1 every 3 days.

I have provided every document asked so why is my account still not verified.

This process started on the 29th of june.. As seen I've provided every document but they come back every 3 -4 days with a new request and I comply. They do this intentionally to frustrate you be hope you lose your money during this process. If you cared about your customers why not request for all the documents to be provided instead of asking every 3 days. They have lowest score on every review platform like trustpilot. I wish I saw it earlier. They make a business outbid bit paying winnings.
Verify my account now. You have every document which is legit and can he checked with relevant authorities.
For new players please stay away. There are thousands of this complain here and every other review site. You deposit without issues but there is a better chance of it snowing in hell than getting your money. BE WARNED.

Withholding 200888 INR for over 30 days

I am filing this complaint against Megapari for the unjustified delay in account verification and withholding of my funds amounting to ₹200,888.

My account has been under KYC verification for more than 30 days, despite the fact that I have submitted all the requested documents multiple times.

Documents already submitted:

Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, Driving Licence, Selfie with ID, iCash deposit proof, Crypto (Trust Wallet) transaction details, Wallet screenshots, Personal profile screenshots

Even after full compliance, Megapari continues to ask for repeated documents, request irrelevant information, and delay verification without any clear reason

At one point, they even asked about my relationship with another person, which has no relevance to my account verification. This raises serious concerns about their verification process.

Main Issues: verification delay exceeding 30 days, continuous and repetitive document requests, no clear explanation or rejection provided

Withdrawal remains blocked despite full compliance

I have confirmed multiple times that I am the sole owner of the account. All deposits were made by me personally

Despite this, Megapari has failed to complete verification or allow withdrawal.

My Request: Immediate completion of KYC, immediate release of my funds ₹200,888, and a clear explanation for this delay

If Megapari fails to resolve this issue, it clearly indicates intentional delay and unfair practice.

I request that AskGamblers intervene and help resolve this matter.
