Hello, I have made a deposit via ETH in the amount of 0.1 on 2020-10-30 20:35 from an online site, and my account balance never got credited.

I have contacted their support via email and live chat many times and was told to wait, that my issue has been forwared to their releveant department. Today I contacted them again and I got a response from them "Hello,

When depositing you indicated an incorrect tag when receiving the requirement. Refunds are not possible, you should have familiarized with the risks on the site before making a payment, if you sent to the wrong deposit address.

The thing is ETH does not require any TAG, but I have checked my ETH transaction again anyway and my Megapari ETH deposit address, and they are correct as you will see from every screenshot I made of this transaction. I have even made another deposit there today so you will see my last transactions to Megapari and you will see that my ETH deposit was never credited, not only that, they also say it was my mistake.

So I have now made an additional deposit of 0.02 ETH which brings my deposit well over 0.1 ETH, I have sent them a transaction id and a screenshot of my deposit and am now waiting for them to credit my balance.

So, they replied, that after they checked things again they saw that I did not send the minimum required amount, which I did 0.1 ETH, but ofcourse there ia a transaction fee for ETH, but when you click deposit ETH on their site it just says minimum 100mETH which is 0.1 ETH, they don't say "send more because of the fee". They now say I need to deposit more in order to get the first deposit credited, at first they said that I sent to a wrong address, wrong "TAG", no refund, etc... I am attaching latest email conversation.

Withdrawal and verification related issues

Dear AskGamblers Team,

I would like to submit a formal complaint against Megapari regarding my account verification, which has remained unresolved for more than 15 days. I have 26400 which is stuck in megapari.

My account is currently restricted due to a pending verification, and as a result, I am unable to make any deposits or withdrawals. This has prevented me from accessing and using my account.

Over the past 15+ days, I have made multiple attempts to contact the Megapari support team through email and other available support channels. Unfortunately, I have not received a single response to any of my emails. I have attached copies of the emails I sent as proof of my repeated attempts to seek assistance.

The main issue is that I have never been informed about the verification requirements. Despite repeatedly asking the support team how I can complete the verification process, I have received no guidance regarding which documents or identification are required. I am fully willing to provide any documents necessary to verify my account, but without any response from the operator, I have no way of knowing what is required.

The complete lack of communication from Megapari’s support team has left me unable to resolve this issue despite my continuous efforts.

I kindly request that AskGamblers intervene and assist in resolving this matter by requesting that Megapari:

* Respond to my pending support requests.
* Clearly inform me of the documents and verification requirements for my account.
* Complete my account verification as soon as possible.
* Restore full access to my account so that I can make deposits and withdrawals without further delays.

I sincerely appreciate your assistance and hope that, with your intervention, this issue can be resolved promptly.

Deposit issue going on for six days

On June 21, 2026, I initiated a deposit of 10,000 INR to my account via MobiKwik Wallet. While the funds were successfully deducted from my bank/wallet balance, they have not been credited to my account with Megapari

Despite providing all requested information (including proof of payment), I have only received generic, automated responses instructing me to wait 12–24 hours. It has now been 6 days, and the funds remain uncredited. Furthermore, when I sought an update regarding the status of my funds, I was banned from the support channel.

I am requesting that the operator either credit the 10,000 INR to my account immediately or initiate a full refund of the deposit to my original payment method.

Identification documents given and KYC is stalling

Requesting documents that are not really necessary for identification. I have said that I'm not the one paying our utility so my gaming or transaction account is not on our utility bills. But I send it also. I said I can provide any identification that is needed like my license and my passport. And I did. But still they required the things that i don't have. Please help. 3 days withdrawal delay

I’ve previously withdrawn money from this site and it took 2 days. It took me 3 chat visits. Three days ago I withdrew money again. I still have not received my money. I’ve spoken to chat 10 times and they keep telling me to wait 12-24 hours. I have also given them a call. They keep saying they’ve “highlighted the issue to the finance team”. It’s now over 3 days. I am filing a complaint against Megapari regarding multiple withdrawal issues and generic responses from their customer support.

I currently have three withdrawal requests that have not been credited to my bank account, totaling 650 CAD:

April 30, 2026: Withdrawal request No 4786314803 for 200.00 CAD

April 30, 2026: Withdrawal request No 4786569909 for 250.00 CAD

May 1, 2026: Withdrawal request No 4786678053 for 200.00 CAD

I was informed that the two requests from April 30 were "approved", but I have still not received any funds in my bank account. The request from May 1 appears to be blocked or stuck in pending.

Whenever I contact customer support, they do not provide any real explanation or tracking information. They only send generic responses asking me to be patient and wait. I was told to wait until today, but my money is still missing.

I have attached a screenshot of my account management page showing my account ID and the exact transaction numbers, as well as screenshots of my communications with support.

I kindly request your assistance in investigating this matter and forcing Megapari to process and release my payments immediately.

Withdrawal being delayed no legitimate reason

My withdrawal has been delayed for a few days now without a reasonable explanation.

I keep getting told to wait 12 hours over and over again. They say finance hasn't come up with a solution and to come back in 12 hours. & it's getting really frustrating because it only took a call hours for my past withdrawals to complete, so I really dont understand why this is happening now, and I am not receiving any help whatsoever
