Deposit issue going on for six days
On June 21, 2026, I initiated a deposit of 10,000 INR to my account via MobiKwik Wallet. While the funds were successfully deducted from my bank/wallet balance, they have not been credited to my account with Megapari

I have contacted Megapari support multiple times regarding this issue. Despite providing all requested information (including proof of payment), I have only received generic, automated responses instructing me to wait 12–24 hours. It has now been 6 days, and the funds remain uncredited. Furthermore, when I sought an update regarding the status of my funds, I was banned from the support channel.
I am requesting that the operator either credit the 10,000 INR to my account immediately or initiate a full refund of the deposit to my original payment method.
