We have investigated the case and wanted to share the details with you. The player made a deposit on June 10 at 11:02, and transaction was processing on the side of the payment provider until on June 12 at 13:58 it was processed and credited to the player's account. This information can be found under 'My account' → 'Transaction history'. A couple of hours after deposit was credited, player started making bets, and continues playing as I can see upon checking.
We are sorry that this situation has happened to you, and we want to notify you that sometimes transactions can get stuck in the system. In such cases, please ask for support in our live-chat, which is available 24/7. Upon checking, I see that they kept you updated and the issue was solved within the given timeframes.
