In 2019 I asked you to permanently block my account. Unfortunately, in the last few weeks I have had to find out that my account has been reopened and, due to my addiction, I have deposited and gambled away several thousand euros. My new request to close the account has also been ignored for two weeks and the financial damage is increasing.
