I have been requested to send driving license for ID as my previous license had expired, which I sent in 10/5. Had no response, so I sent again on the 12/05.

It states approval within 12 hrs but max 48 hrs, I have tried to speak via chat had no response and e mailed with no response.

I have £500 in my account which I can not withdraw due to this issue.

I have just had e mail confirmation that they received document twice and have now Approved ID, I have requested a withdrawal and it is now in processing.
