I have had 3 withdrawals waiting to be processed for a month now.
Their terms state that withdrawals will be processed within 3 business days, and they told me three times on live chat that they will be paid out soon; however, nothing is happening.
These funds were won 2 months ago, and all withdrawals so far have taken an excessive amount of time to be paid out
