I requested a withdrawal on last Thursday (date: …), however, the payment has still not been processed or received.
I have contacted the casino several times regarding this issue. Unfortunately, I did not receive any clear or helpful information about the status of my withdrawal.
Moreover, I have now been blocked from using the live chat, which makes it impossible for me to communicate with the casino’s support team.
This situation is very concerning, as my withdrawal remains unpaid and the casino has restricted my access to customer support instead of resolving the issue.
I kindly ask AskGamblers to investigate this case and assist me in receiving my rightful withdrawal.
