i am have troubles to my payment enter in my credit card, i have made other withdrawals to my bank account but now it is taking a long time to my 500€ enter in my credit card, i have contacted the casino support they say the payment was processed, i have contact my bank but they say don't have any payment to enter. i don't see any advance.

i am waiting for a document to prove and send to my bank for them check what is going on, it's not normal that from 6 november till now don't get my payment, i have sent all documents that yours casino ask even the picture of credit card. i have reached contact to casino support they said that they will talk to financial department and nothing till now. if you can send me a document in a file (PDF or something else) that prove the payment was made that will be much easier for my bank research what's happening.
