Dear askgamblers,

I deposited some amount by malinacasino and tried to withdraw money.
First i was asked to send them my id and bank statement, whichone was ready and i thought, my account is ready.
Later they wanted first from me neteller, which was sent as well.
Than ecopayz, which was sent again.
Than skrill, which was sent again.
I have to say just, that i deposited money through NETELLER, so how they can want from me neteller and skrill transaction histories ?
Anyway, everything was submitted, last they wanted from me yesterday bank account/ credit cards from neteller, which was provided as well.
And now they don't help me or they don't reply me.
I am sure, they will keep asking me other documents at this case.
I will be happy if my complaint should be added to your website to solve it.

First of all thanks for publishing the complaint,

Today morning they wrote me that my account has been verified and i withdrew 200eur for now.
Will let you know after i get my whole balance.
