I made a withdrawal request of 500 on the 10th of September. And another one, also 500 soon after and then a third f 500 on the 11th. None of these has been processed and the only answer I get from the casino is that they have a delay in payments. I have contacted the chat and via email several times and am every time promised that hey will speed up the payment, but nothing happens.
According to the casinos terms payments are processed withing 72 hrs or am 5 business days. I am still waiting for my money.
Please help me so that I can get the money.
