Due to some recent changes (license change according to their support) on Malina Casino’s site, I am unable to log into my account and have therefore requested Malina to manually process the withdrawal of the leftover balance that I had on my account (over 12 000€). This process has been going on for several weeks now and during it I have had to contact their support team several times for it to move anywhere.
On the 30th of May, the finance team reached out asking for my bank details so they could proceed with the manual withdrawal of my funds. I sent the requested details the next day, however, as of today I haven’t received any money, nor have I been given any information about the payment schedule. I have sent a few “kind reminders” afterward but unfortunately, these have not really helped facilitate the matter. My latest contact with the live support team (per chat) was almost two weeks ago. Back then I was promised that I would be contacted by the financial team “as soon as possible”, however, I haven’t heard anything since.
I am kindly requesting Askgamblers for their support in the matter and hope that Malina will finally proceed with the manual withdrawal of my leftover balance.
