Firstly, I have to say both the live chat and support teams have been helpful and polite.
But I have for the last four weeks being trying to get a withdrawal of €800. The limit is €500 a day but they couldn't first pay to my debit card, apparently they can payment but not pay back on the same. Then they couldn't pay by bank transfer, (which a previous withdrawal had been completed) because they had insufficient financial data but then not allowing me to enter my IBAN. I emailed this information many times but to no avail.
I eventually got support to accept the realities and they emailed me to say that my request for two withdrawals had been sent to the finance team. That was a week ago today and nothing has happened and there is clarity on when or if this is going to happen.
It's such a pity as I really enjoyed using the site but withdrawals are just too difficult and frustrating
