I still am unable to withdraw after over a week. I've been told it's just an issue with the system which would be resolved after a day, but not sure what the issue still is?

I've spoken on live chat and they said they can manually withdraw but I never got any confirmation email or heard anything back.

I spoke to them again today and they said it had never been requested.

Not sure what to do.

Ok but can you explain why I can't withdraw to the previous method I withdrew to?

Which was bank transfer.

We apologize for the inconvenience, however, as per the article 6.4 of the Terms and Conditions of the website, we reserve the right to perform a withdrawal through a different payment instrument, in particular when it is impossible to withdraw funds to the originating payment instrument.
