Hello, my name is < removed > and I have a problem with the gambling house called MAGNUMBET where I registered online on 13.12.2023 and I played for a while after which I wanted to withdraw part of the money and the people from MAGNUMBET meow they asked for some documents that I sent them and they were approved in a day or two.

Since January 12, 2024, I have been writing to you by email and from the account, but I have not received anything, neither an answer nor my money, but now on February 3, 2024, I received a message saying that my account was closed but with money absolutely nothing was said and I wrote an email to find out when they will give me my money and I still did not receive an answer.

I am attaching some screenshots where it says that the account is closed and the money has not been received.

Please check and help me.
