My withdrawal 143500 EUR delayed since July 7th

I played this casino before, and had withdraws. made a lot of deposits (screenshot attached). also had withdraw ( screenshot attached).
Last withdraw , where I again hit lucky spin , I waiting from 07 July. casino email support ignore me, but live chat wrote everytime that I need to write to email. please help.
