I created account on magical spin on 1 Dec 2019. I played blackjack and doubled my deposit. I order withdrawal 400 euro. They cancelled it and ask for verify account. I sent a lot of documents for the next 7 months. They fully verified my account on 1 July 2020. I received the following message: "We would like to inform you that all your documents have been approved and validated by our service.
Your account is now verified and your withdrawal requests can be processed.". I ordered withdrawal, but it was cancelled. I asked for a reason, but they sent me this:
"Support - MagicalSpin
France : (+33) 1 76 46 11 83
International : (+357) 2 205 2961
Canada : (+1) 437 886 6121"
and this:
"Welcome to Magical Spin,
We noticed that you tried to contact us while the online support service was unavailable.
For future reference, you may contact us directly through the Live Chat."
I didn't contact with magical spin via live chat and ask give me reason via email. They didn't reply.

For askgamblers team: you rejected my previous complain for "Unfortunately, the AskGamblers Complaint Team is not able to influence such a verification policy in any way.", but it's not verification policy issue. They don't pay me.

Hi,

I have reviewed this player's query.

The player has been informed he may not withdraw via Neteller at this time. They is a technical error on Neteller’s side with his account and we are awaiting a response from Neteller. The player has been instructed that he may withdraw via Bank-wire by sending an IBAN (SEPA). If this is not possible the player will need to wait for Neteller to instruct us on his account.
