Hello, since two weeks I'm fighting with them to get my 450 euro back. All my documents are accepted only I'm waiting for approve of my request. They said it will takes 4 working days but it's already two weeks. The best thing is that every day they say "OK, we gonna send email to our financial department to speed it up process of payment on your account" Every day I'm hear only issues from them.. What to do?
