Machance casino stated over a week ago my account balance would be processed to my skrill after I had requested my account closed due to addiction.
The funds in my account of €810 have still not been returned to my skrill account despite the casino stating this would be done within 3 days.
The casino has stopped responding to my emails chasing.
I have emailed all supportive evidence as they would not upload on your system.
I need askgamblers to help mediate this.

The balance was processed today.
No explanation for why the withdrawal was rejected after Taylor said it would be processed within a few days (over 13 days ago).
No apology by the casino for not closing the account when I requested.

Attached is the email you thought it appropriate to send yesterday where you attempt to bribe me to remove my askgamblers complaint.
I have also attached the screengrab from taylor from Dec 1st where I was told to withdraw my full balance and it would be processed in a few days and then my account closed. As you will see from the next screengrab attached my account is open and the max I can request is 500 not the full balance as stated by Taylor and then Yuto.
This is all completely unacceptable. The casino has provably lied on numerous occassions and breacher safer gambling regulations.
