Hello,
This was my second time to play in Machance Casino. First everything went OK and got my winnings. That was in december 2020. I wanted to give another go and deposited some money(screenshot attatched). Managed to win good on one slot and tried to cashout 1500 EUR (pending cashout screenshot attatched).
I used credit card for deposit and had to verify, that went quick. But after the cashout request stalling started. I cashed out on 23rd Feb and it is still pending. I have had several conversations with Support and they don`t really know much or they can not do anything. Member of Support told in the email that people have been winning more lately and there`s the reason why there are delays. (screenshot attatched)
My 1500 is still pending and they do not give me any info why it?s not approved. My opinion is that they wait deposits or someone to lose?
I play on different sites and most of the cashouts, we are talking several hours here, not a week waiting.
