Goodafternoon,
I am having troubles with the time it takes till my documents are verified.
Multiple times have i had contacted the customer support.
It is about a payment of 1030 euro.
Everytime i ask when my documents will be verified they come up with different excuses.
First they told me there was delay because of the amount of withdrawls at that moment.
The next day they told me that they sent a request to the financial department and that the documents will be verified very soon.
And today he told me that my documents would be verified by the customer supporter it self because i was a loyal customer. And that was 4 hours ago and it is still not verified. Custom support went offline after that...
I feel very unsatified by the information that has been given to me and i am scared that this casino is not willing to pay my winnings.

I just received the money on my bank account. Very fast after i received the confirmation of withdrawl today.
