They confiscated 2999450 VND winnings without proof

Dear AskGamblers Team,
I am filing this complaint against M88 (Mansion88) regarding the unfair confiscation of my winnings totaling 2,999,450 VND.
My account username is: vuabongdapnkt
Recently, I found my account was blocked. When I contacted their Live Support, an agent named "Tú Linh" informed me that my winnings were confiscated based on "Term 8.3", accusing me of using "bots" or "automated software".
I strictly deny these allegations. I have played manually and fairly. When I requested technical evidence or specific logs to prove their claims, the support agent repeatedly refused and only cited their internal department's decision.
This is a clear case of funds being seized without transparency or justification. I have attached screenshots of the conversation as evidence of their refusal to cooperate. I request AskGamblers to intervene and help me recover my funds.
