M88 Casino - Deposit not credited in casino account - Complaint Unsolved

I make a deposit on 14/02/2023 but was not credited to my m88 account. I got payment confirmation from m88 then after not credit deposit. They are saying that they are not getting payment from my side. What is happening I don't know pls solve my problem if possible pls.

The M88 casino customer support agent said that he/she is not received any payment from my side. I also talk with my payment provider she/he said that the payment successful done from my side, pls check receiver's bank account statement pls solve my problem if possible
