I deposit 25 euro with a wager free bonus. At the end I did withdraw 104 euro. Cause I cancelled the bonus.

Now I have since 1 july pending withdraw.

Chat Support don’t help. Says always withdraw will happen in 48 hours. Now it’s much longer. I send emails to finance team. No answer since days also. I don’t get help from anybody from lunarslots.

Delayed withdraw and no answer from finance team

Lunar slots wanted me to send a ton of documents and I did. Transfers via bitcoin should be processed within 48 hours as I got told. Unfortunately they do not respond to any email and the btc transfer has not been made since far more than 48 hours. I never received any update about my verification. This site has "cancel withdraw now" buttons nearly everywhere. They try to delay the withdraw for no reason to my mind.
