21 Days Withdrawal Delay

Description of the Issue
I am filing this complaint regarding a withdrawal request of 500+500+242 euro made on March 27, 2026, which remains in "Pending" status 21 days later.

Despite having a fully verified account and a previous good standing with this casino, the processing time has exceeded the limits stated in their own Terms and Conditions/FAQ (which specifies a timeframe of "an hour to a few days").

Timeline of Events:

March 27: Withdrawal requested.

April 1–15: Contacted Live Support multiple times. Agents (Damian and Sanda) repeatedly assured me the payment would be processed "tomorrow."

April 16: Sent a final formal notice to the casino management setting a deadline for April 17.

April 17 23pm: The withdrawal remains unpaid with no request for additional documentation or explanation for the delay.

Evidence & Arguments
Verification: My account is 100% verified. No further KYC documents have been requested during this 21-day period.

Misleading Information: Customer support has provided "placeholder" answers regarding the processing date which have proven to be inaccurate.

Breach of Terms: The delay significantly exceeds the advertised processing window provided by the casino.

Desired Outcome
I would like the casino to finish the internal processing of my withdrawal and release the funds immediately. I have enjoyed my time at Ludios previously and hope to resolve this so I can continue to hold the casino in high regard.
