I got a welcome Back offer and deposited 20e.
I got a 100%bonus, I wagered it and ended up 250e.
I made a withdrawal of 250e. I got a mail asking for documents and I verified my account.
Withdrawal was approved 11.5 and still i haven't got the money.
I sent a couple of emails and used chat but they just say we are looking into it.
