I have sent all verification documents that Lucky Bull Casino has asked of me, both uploaded on the website and emailed to the security team. But still, they ask me for the same documents over and over again. It seems they do not want to pay me my withdrawal. I have waited for 7 days now and still, they don't verify my account.
I have spoken to the chat several times and they just told me to wait for a mail response. I have the mail of sending them all asked of my documents.

Upon conducting our routine checks, we discovered a significant breach of our terms and conditions by the player in question. We found that the player has breached our terms and conditions by opening multiple accounts using the same or similar names, addresses, telephones, email addresses, and dynamic IP addresses with the intent of defrauding or cheating. Our policy clearly states that we reserve the right to close all relevant accounts, cancel all transactions and bets, waive winnings, and deduct bonuses in the event that we suspect such activity.
As a result, we have taken the necessary action of closing the player's account and have consequently decided to waive the associated payouts.
