After my KYC-documents were approved, I made a withdrawal request which were also approved 04.10.2024 as my attachment prove. I have not received my money week later 11.10.2024.

"Kindly note that our relevant department has made thorough checks regarding your withdrawal, and they assured us that it has been processed successfully from our side with no irregularities.

Although such delays rarely happen, sometimes they can unfortunately occur due to unforeseen circumstances, but this certainly is not the standard we hold up to, and we do apologize for the inconvenience."

This is the latest answer I have received.
