Very delayed Self Exclusion
I asked for Self Exclusion because of gambling addiction on 30.1. And as of today my account hasn’t been closed. I am still able to log in to my account and I was able to deposit and lose total of 430€ after the Self Exclusion request. I contacted them through live chat first, then email (first email they answered and told me to send the email to different email) and after I sent it, they haven’t answered since.
