I made a deposit, played, decided to withdraw, requested verification, the account was verified for a week, put it on payment on January 25, there is still no payment! at first they said that 4-5 working days, then that we will pay now, and there is no payment. my account is fully verified, I don't understand why there is such a delay!

Delayed payment and verification

I made a withdrawal and it's been a week since the money entered my account. when contacting the casino they informed that my account did not exist, but when I sent a deposit confirmation email they soon informed that they found my account. the withdrawal amount is U$ 55.50, they informed me that the financial department would send me an email to follow up with the withdrawal process, but so far they have not contacted me!

Payment and document verification issues ongoing

Hi,

I have asked for withdrawal 72 hours ago and got an email requesting some documents for verification. I uploaded all the requested documents and it's been complete silence since. Live chat can't help as it isn't their jobs but the financial department's. Until today documents still pending verification and withdrawal request still not approved.
