The casino refuses to withdraw my winnings

Hello everyone. I have a problem with Lucky anon casino, they refuse to withdraw my winnings to me. I won $7,200, created a withdrawal request on March 12, put 5,000 on withdrawal, and for a while they told me to wait. But then my withdrawal was canceled and they refused to withdraw the winnings at all without explaining the reasons. The money is just in my account, but they refuse to withdraw it, I don't understand this. Please help me get my money from this casino.

Quick question to Askgamblers, whenever there is a new comment it starts a countdown of 96 hours for us to respond, even if it is not directed at us, do we just ignore that and let the time expire or what is the correct way to handle it?
