LuckyAnon did not pay me all week and cancelled my withdrawals


I’ve made several deposits on the casino platform already.

During my first two deposits, I claimed a bonus offer. For my third deposit, I played without any bonus—only using the cash I deposited. I managed to increase my balance to around 25,000 USD. After that, I requested a withdrawal of 0.1 BTC but continued playing. The casino then informed me that they needed to verify my gameplay because the win was large, and that the review process might take longer than usual.

While waiting, I continued playing different slot games over the next few days. I had both wins and losses, but eventually my balance grew to over 100,000 USD. It now stands at approximately 105,000 USD. Recently, the casino canceled my pending withdrawal, and they’re no longer responding to my chat messages as they did before.

At this point, I’m unable to access any games—the system shows a message saying I need to be “authenticated” when I try to open a slot. I’m not sure what that means, and the live chat support isn’t responding.

Can you please help me communicate with the casino and ensure that I receive my payment?
