Delaying promised return of funds


Hello,

I made many deposits and lost over 1 month or so. The last time I played, I wanted to withdraw and my account was blocked. After talking to the support they said that I had a blocked account on another casino of theirs. Bitcasino.io (self exclusion).

They said not to worry, that they will send the crypto to the desired wallet and it will take up to 2 days. They said that 3 times already and now almost a week has passed, and they don't even answer to my emails.
