Withdrawal delayed

My first withdrawl for 14 litecoin was declined several times untill I verified the account fully. Which I did. My newest withdrawl for 135 litecoin is still pending 35 hours later. I have recieved an email stating it has gone Into "manual processing" and to not be afraid. But I've sent several emails with no reply asking how long to expect this processing period. Ive already verified with id. Ive confirmed the litecoin address and it is the same address used on my first withdrawl which was eventually approved. I play crypto casino because of the 15 min withdrawl I did not expect this. I want livecasino.io to pay me my fairly won win. I didnt have a rake back or bonus. I did have some winnings from a tournament in my account. But there is no where it states there is a playthrough attached to tournament wins. Ive checked.

Withdrawal delay and lack of communication

I have deposited and withdrawn from livecasino.io over 100 times without issue in the past.

I requested a withdrawal on October 9th for 0.9ETH which was entered into manual processing.

The e-mail communicated it would only be a slight delay in processing as compared to normal so I expected resolution within 3-4 hours.

It has been over 48 hours now and every attempt to get some update or ETA on resolution has not gone anywhere with live chat.

Delaying promised return of funds

Hello,

I made many deposits and lost over 1 month or so. The last time I played, I wanted to withdraw and my account was blocked. After talking to the support they said that I had a blocked account on another casino of theirs. Bitcasino.io (self exclusion).

They said not to worry, that they will send the crypto to the desired wallet and it will take up to 2 days. They said that 3 times already and now almost a week has passed, and they don't even answer to my emails.
