Urgent Complaint Regarding Pending Withdrawal Requests
Dear AskGamblers Support Team,
I am writing to express my frustration regarding the delayed processing of my withdrawal request. On January 3rd 2025, I requested my 1st withdrawal of $750, which is the maximum daily limit, in accordance with Legiano Casino's Policy. However, as of today, not one of my withdrawals have not been processed.
I understand that there may be a backlog of requests, but it has been significantly longer than the 3-day window, and I have yet to receive any update on the status of my request. I have contacted customer service several times and have been told that my withdrawal is being looked after by the financial department and that there is no reason to be concerned but no specific information has been provided regarding why there has been such a delay or when I can expect the withdrawal to be processed. I have tried to verify my account but as shown in the attachment, it says that my account does not need to be verified. I only used my first deposit bonus but after that I didnt use any bonus's from my 2nd or 3rd deposits.
This delay is not only inconvenient, but it is also a cause for concern, due to the substantial amount of money involved.
I kindly request your team to look into this matter. And I would greatly appreciate any assistance you guys can offer!
