Based on the abovementioned information, the AskGamblers Complaint Team considers this case resolved and it is now officially closed. While we understand this might not be the outcome expected by the complainant, we would like to remind you that, in case of a disagreement with our decision, further assistance on the matter could be requested from the relevant regulatory body and/or appointed ADR entity.

We're pleased to share that a withdrawal requests submitted on February 16, 17, 2025, has been successfully processed and completed!
However, we wanted to let you know that the latest withdrawal submissions from February 18 and 24, 2025, each for 5000 NOK, were unfortunately cancelled by you prior to their completion.
We suggest keeping those requests active, as canceling them means you'll need to start the process all over again.
Also, just a quick note: there are no pending transactions on your account at the moment.
