The casino has now held my withdrawal for 10 days. i have contacted the support a few times now, and they keep saying the same copy-paste message as always, and coming up with excuses that there is an error with the 3rd party payment provider.... they keep saying my withdrawal will be sent today or tomorrow. It has now been 10 days, soon to be 11, and nothing.

Hello! The amount being held is 5000 NOK (480 $). The withdrawal is still being held by the casino with the same excuses as provided earlier. They have told me that my withdrawal will be sent "hopefully" today or tomorrow for the past 6 days. And keep sending me the same long copy-paste premade message. No help to get in the live support chat other than false hope!
