Delayed Withdrawals legiano
My real money balance is CZK 175,011.24. Including the pending withdrawals, my total available winnings are CZK 212,511.24.
Starting on July 31st, 2025, I submitted three separate withdrawal requests of CZK 12,500 each – one per day – because Legiano only allows a maximum of three pending withdrawals at a time. All withdrawals were requested to the same verified VISA card I used for depositing. As of today, none of them has been processed.
Legiano has failed to comply with their own Terms & Conditions, which clearly state that the maximum processing time for a withdrawal is 3 full working days. These deadlines have passed, and all my withdrawals are still marked as “Under review.”
The casino has not requested any additional verification. Instead, I keep receiving generic copy-paste replies without any explanation or time estimate. I have found the exact same responses posted by other players on public forums, sometimes from months ago.
This leads me to believe that this is a deliberate tactic to delay payments indefinitely.
I am kindly asking AskGamblers to assist with this matter, as I believe my rights as a player have been violated due to Legiano not complying with their own withdrawal policy. I am happy to provide any additional information or screenshots if needed. Thank you in advance.
