I would like to file a complaint regarding the online casino Legiano.
Here is my current situation:
• An amount of €2,400 has been successfully paid.
• €1,500 is still pending withdrawal and has been for several days.
• An additional €1,900 remains locked in my account without the possibility to withdraw, even though I have met all the stated conditions.
I have contacted their support team multiple times. They told me that my case is marked as “urgent”, but no progress has been made for over a week.
I am a verified player, all documents have been approved, and I have not broken any of the site’s rules.
I am now requesting your assistance in resolving this issue and helping me recover the remaining €3,400.
