On March 17th at around 8:50 PM, I had €17,499 in my Legiano casino account, as can be seen in the attached screenshot. At that moment, due to maintenance work, the casino website was continuously closing, and right around 9:00 PM, when validating a bet of €8,000, my session was closed. Upon logging back in, I could confirm that the bet had not been registered in the system, but the €8,000 had been deducted from my account. I am attaching a screenshot from March 18th where it shows that my balance had been reduced by €8,000. In the casino system, there is no operation recorded between the night of March 17th and the morning of March 18th that would justify this missing €8,000. I filed a complaint with the casino and the response is always the same: "they acknowledge that something happened and that the €8,000 disappeared, but they are investigating it...". Forty-five days have passed and I am still waiting...

Since March 17th (50 days ago), I have been filing a complaint regarding a missing withdrawal without receiving a proper resolution. I have sent numerous emails to [email protected], [email protected], and complaints@legiano.com, used your chat system, and also contacted my VIP host through WhatsApp.
The only responses I have received have been from my VIP host, who repeatedly states that the issue is "under investigation." However, I have not seen any real progress or concrete updates.
The only information I have been given is that the €8,000 that went missing is registered in your system as a withdrawal. However, this withdrawal does not appear on my account, and I have not received the funds.
Moreover, I would like to point out that, due to the casino’s withdrawal limits, it is impossible to withdraw €8,000 in a single transaction on a single day, which makes the situation even more suspicious.
I kindly urge you to investigate where the funds were sent and to refund the €8,000 as soon as possible.
Attached is a copy of one of the many emails I’ve sent as evidence of my repeated attempts to resolve this issue.
I look forward to a prompt and definitive resolution.
