8000 euros disappear

On March 17th at around 8:50 PM, I had €17,499 in my Legiano casino account, as can be seen in the attached screenshot. At that moment, due to maintenance work, the casino website was continuously closing, and right around 9:00 PM, when validating a bet of €8,000, my session was closed. Upon logging back in, I could confirm that the bet had not been registered in the system, but the €8,000 had been deducted from my account. I am attaching a screenshot from March 18th where it shows that my balance had been reduced by €8,000. In the casino system, there is no operation recorded between the night of March 17th and the morning of March 18th that would justify this missing €8,000. I filed a complaint with the casino and the response is always the same: "they acknowledge that something happened and that the €8,000 disappeared, but they are investigating it...". Forty-five days have passed and I am still waiting...

Good afternoon, as you know, the 8,000 euros disappeared because the bet wasn't recorded in the game history. You've already returned the 8,000 euros to me, but the corresponding winnings (4,000) are missing. Since this is a system error, you should look for the moment when the 8,000 euros disappeared (when I placed the bet). The system indicated that the bet was accepted, so those 8,000 euros were used to place the bet. This information doesn't appear in the game history, but just as you saw that the 8,000 euros disappeared, verify that it was when I placed the bet.

Delayed withdrawal since August 31st

I requested a withdrawal via Interac e-Transfer on Monday, August 31st at 5:00 AM.

According to Legiano Casino's terms, processing takes up to 3 business days. Even if the casino counts starting from the day after the request, exactly 3 full business days (72 hours) elapsed by 5:00 AM today, September 3rd.

Despite multiple contacts via live chat, the support team has continuously deflected, falsely claimed they are still within the timeframe, and ultimately dismissed my inquiries without valid justification. My withdrawal remains stuck in pending status well past their stated processing window.

I request immediate approval and processing of my withdrawal, along with the Interac transaction reference ID.

I am requesting assistance regarding a €300 withdrawal from Legiano Casino.

I requested the withdrawal by bank transfer on 25 August 2026. As of 2 September 2026, the withdrawal is still showing as “Under review” and has not been approved or sent to my bank.

I contacted Legiano customer support several times. For approximately three days, I received essentially the same response that the withdrawal was being reviewed and that they could not provide a timeframe.

I subsequently contacted them again and was told:

* My account is fully active.
* My account currently does not require verification.
* The Finance Department is still handling checks on my withdrawal.
* They cannot provide an estimated timeframe for completion.

I have also sent a formal complaint to Legiano’s complaints department and support email, but I have not yet received a response to my formal complaint.

I am therefore asking AskGamblers to assist me in getting clarification and resolution regarding my €300 withdrawal.

I have a pending withdrawal since days and the problem is this casino doesnt respond to me either in live chat or through emails. It is frustrating and a worrying sign. I just cant get to them. Its been going on for months. They just ignore me. I have seen a lost of negative reviews about their behaviour so I would like to clarify things!

Legiano Breaching their own terms and refusing to add freebet

Legiano have breached their own terms and refusing to grant my freebet (Offer they emailed and told me they would add once the bet was settled).

Did everything they told me and then they started to say I had to wager an additional amount of my deposit not connected to the offer they emailed.

I have sent all the terms to them on chat, pointed out they are not operating in line with their own offer terms and I'm getting the usual brick wall and playing dumb.

Askgamblers has always been good about keeping places like this in line so need help.

I made a withdrawal of €1,000 from Legiano to my bank account. The withdrawal was processed on 22 June, and the funds have arrived at my bank, but my bank requires an official transfer confirmation from Legiano in order to release the money.

I have been asked by my bank to provide additional confirmation of the transfer details. I have contacted Legiano support and my VIP manager several times, but I still have not received the required confirmation.

At the moment, my funds are stuck between my bank and Legiano, and I am unable to access my money. I kindly ask for your assistance in helping me resolve this issue and obtain the necessary transfer confirmation from Legiano.

Withdrawals delayed since June 22nd

Dear AskGamblers Team,

I am requesting your assistance regarding an unresolved withdrawal issue with Legiano Casino.

I submitted two withdrawal requests of 150,000 HUF each (total 300,000 HUF). Despite the casino stating that withdrawals are processed within their normal timeframe, more than five days have passed, and my withdrawals remain pending.

Delayed Withdrawal Since 9 days

I am filing this complaint against Legiano Casino because they have failed to process my withdrawal within the timeframe stated in their own Terms & Conditions.

I requested my withdrawal on 22 June 2026. Today is 1 July 2026, meaning I have been waiting for 9 days, despite the casino stating that withdrawals are normally processed within 3 days.

During these 9 days I have contacted live support several times. Every response has been generic, telling me to “wait” because the finance department is reviewing my withdrawal. Nobody has been able to explain:

* why my withdrawal is taking three times longer than their stated processing time,
* what exactly is causing the delay,
* or when I can realistically expect to receive my money.

I even asked to speak with a supervisor or manager, but this request was refused. The support agent also refused to answer basic questions about whether chat conversations are stored or whether I could receive a copy of our conversation.

I find this level of customer service unacceptable and it has seriously damaged my trust in the casino. At this point I am genuinely concerned that my withdrawal may never be processed.

I have complied with all verification requirements and have not been informed of any issue with my account. If there is a genuine problem, the casino should clearly explain it instead of repeatedly asking me to wait.

I kindly ask AskGamblers to intervene and help resolve this matter by ensuring that Legiano Casino processes my withdrawal without any further unnecessary delay.

I submitted a withdrawal in the end of may and I have not received my withdrawal, no communication from the casino, the chat keep saying to just wait and that I will receive it soon.

Withdrawal invalid for a week

Hello, it's been a week since I requested a withdrawal of €800 on May 30, 2026. It's still not validated despite my messages via chat and email; I haven't received any response. Thank you. I have another, more recent withdrawal; I would like the platform to process the withdrawal as stipulated in their general contact information. They also downgraded me from VIP level, claiming it's due to their algorithm. I don't think it's fair; I've made several withdrawals before and never had any problems.
