Verification delay

Hi, I send again the complaint. Two weeks ago I requested a withdrawal from this casino. The withdrawal was pending and under review for several days, until I contacted support to know what was wrong, and they said I had to verify my account. In the verification tab it said my account was already verified so I had no way to know I had to verify. Anyways, I was asked documents and I sent them, they told me it would take up to 24h for them to be checked. However, one week has passed and I still don't have an answer, they were telling me to wait and wait. Now, I sent them an email stating that I would create complaints on forums, and they have answered that they need the proof of deposits from my bank. I deposited via crypto, not by bank. I sent them an excel file provided by my wallet in which all transactions are found, with their respective dates and amount, but they have asked me for that document again, so I have sent them a screenshot from the page, but I think that if I don't make pressure by making complaints, that I will not get verified and that it will be delayed for another week before I hear anything back. This is why I make the complaint, because I don't know how long this is going to take and a week is too much for verification
