Lavadome Casino - Unjustly closed my account after making my first deposit

About two weeks ago I registered at this casino, got a no Deposit sign up bonus that was lost. 06.09 / 2018g. about 15.00 decided to make a Deposit in this institution under the bonus on the first Deposit, after a successful Deposit my account was blocked, after contacting the casino chat support I was told that I play in this institution is not available, due to the fact that I was blocked on one of the projects under the General license, namely this "bob casino" and "№1 casino" . For me, this answer was simply shocking, because I do not understand what the blocking in the above institutions has to do with my account at lavadome casino!!! Please understand the problem and let me return my Deposit 16 euro!!!

This is part of the Malta license terms.
If a player has made a self-exclusion from any of the projects under the license then it will apply to all projects.
