3 days since I made a deposit and its still pending. Support will not help all they say is wait. I've given them proof of my deposit from my neosurf account and that its been taken from the account but they still won't help or do anything to fix it. I've contacted multiple times every day for 3 days now they tell me to wait, then cut me off; now they totally ignore me.
