A withdrawal of $1000 remains unpaid. after receiving varying excuses and delays I am demanding payment.
On 24 March Kahuna stated that a deposit back into to my credit card could not be complete with funds returned to my account. Following another account verification I changed the withdrawal to bankwire and initiated the transfer on 27 March.
After following up I received an email from my VIP host on 1 April that my withdrawal was approved and processed on 30 March. Allowed for the 5 day window and followed up on 5 April via live chat only to be informed by a “Lee” that the withdrawal was still awaiting approval from their management. I should add that my account is verified at Kahuna and I am a regular at many online casinos, and never have I experienced delays like this. Evidence attached and email chain below.

Cab you please find out why it is taking so long for your team to review a previously requested bank statement? I have provided this to your team and still no response. I have $1000 withdrawal that I am wire transferring to my account and it is still showing as ‘pending’.
Pleased advise when this will be completed.

Payment received this morning. Thank you. I appreciate the follow up response by Kahuna management. Lesson learnt I’ll be switching to Crypto for withdrawals to avoid delays.

Maybe my expectations on customer service are too high. I was expecting a reply back the next day given it was only a follow up on the proof of transfer.
Also, I am following your min-max timeframes for wire transfers to go through.
Please note that I have not received any evidence to verify the transmittal details, I am simply taking your word that the transfer has occurred successfully.
Will leave this for now and follow up accordingly.

On April 6 you said that the VIP host contacted you on that day. bBut in the last message you say that you were not contacted since April 2nd so I don't think that this last comment is correct?
As we explained, the money was sent to you and it does take a few business days for an international wire to be credited usually but that's out of our control. At this point it is only 7 business days so it is not unusual.
Please wait a few more days as the wire transfer has actually been sent.
In the future we recommend using cryptocurrency withdrawals as these are near instant.
