I have been playing at Kahuna around a year. Have made multiple withdrawals via wire transfer at the beginning of the year with no issue.
Requested a withdrawal via wire transfer of $2500 on the 6th of December. Received confirmation that the withdrawal had been processed. Had not received funds after a week.
Spoke with someone on their live chat who said that the money hadn't actually been processed until the 14th and to wait. Still no funds received by the 24th. Contacted kahuna again who requested screenshots from my bank showing no deposit. Provided this.
Few days later the money was credited back to my balance and I was told to request the withdrawal again. Requested a withdrawal for $1000. Kahuna then decided my account needed to be re-verified. Provided documentation for this.
Received an email from Kahuna on the 4th of January advising new withdrawal had been processed and I would have the funds within 3-7 business days. Received an email this morning now saying that they are unable to process withdrawals via wire transfers at the moment and to use crypto.
I do not want to use crypto. I want to use wire. This withdrawal has now taken over 1 month from when it was first requested.
I have now emailed back asking when wire transfers will be available again.
Reading the other complaints from other players this appears to be an ongoing issue with Kahuna.

So I've requested the crypto withdraw 4 days ago and still nothing. Tell me again just how much faster a crypto withdraw is?

Hello Skyebohe,
unfortunately many banks are disallowing gambling related transactions. For the moment, only crypto withdrawals will be available to you but we are working on making the withdrawals by wire transfer available again for players in your region as soon as possible.
You can of course elect to wait for the method to be available again but I believe that you will be very happy with cryptocurrencies withdrawals once you start using them. Some crypto exchanges in your region even offer debit cards so you can enjoy your winnings faster.
