I’d made two withdrawals , one that showed it was processed on the 30th of March and the other showing it was processed on the 9th of April. After I had submitted requests for the latest withdrawal, I realised I still hadn’t received the one on the 30th of March. I waited a little longer before Easter and still nothing. By the time Easter was over I contacted Kahuna on their website to track both payments. They said finance will contact me. I waited several more days and no answer.
I jumped on the chat again and again, they said they had submitted my case to the team and finance will contact me shortly. Still no word. Finally I received on of the payments on the 17th of April. But am unsure of which of the two it was. Either way, the at this stage , processing time had long gone and it’s been too long for me not to have received both . So I jumped online again to see if they can tell me what’s happened and that I still have not heard one word from The finance team. They said again my case has been forwarded and that finance team will contact me that day. They never did and I’m still waiting....
I’ve submitted by bank statements several times to cashier@hd.kahunacasino.com and also on the chat and still nothing.
I’ve provided all the details they could possibly need from me so that they know I’m not trying to hide anything but still all I ever got was , someone will contact you from finance.
(Which has never happened once)
No emails from them what do ever.
I will add that I’ve made so many withdrawals from this site that I know they’re legitimate. however this is the first tile I’m experiencing such difficulty.
can anyone please help as I’m at a loss at what to do. I’ve been a member since last year and am close to becoming a trail blazer so that should tell you that I’m a loyal customer. This has to be the worst time I’ve ever had with these two recent withdrawals mostly due to a lack of communication and information.
On top of that the chats stops out of no where before we’ve gotten to the bottom of anything and as you can imagine, no one wants to have to retell their story so many times when another operator is on the chat.
I just want answers and no ones giving me anything which is why regrettably , I’ve had to come here to find out what’s going on and if my money is coming to me or not.
